Handling personal data with care

EternaBliss is responsible for the processing of personal data via this website.

This website has an active contact form. When you use the form, we process the following data:

• name;
• email address;
• telephone number (optional);
• selected subject;
• the content of your message;
• submission time;
• the browser user agent of your device, solely for security and misuse prevention.

For this form submission we do not collect IP address, referrer, location data or account data.

• When you choose to contact EternaBliss by email, phone or WhatsApp, EternaBliss may receive your contact details and the content of your question or message.
• The website currently has no account environment, newsletter registration or visitor analytics.
• The website uses Shopify as technical storefront infrastructure. When you add a product to the cart, limited functional browser storage is used to retain cart information. Checkout itself takes place in the secure Shopify environment; the details you enter there (name, address, email address, payment information) are processed by Shopify under its own privacy terms.

• maintaining communication with potential customers, suppliers and partners.

The processing is necessary in order to respond to your request and to pursue our legitimate interests in security and misuse prevention. Answering an ordinary contact request does not require a separate consent; using the form is your own active choice to contact us. Where EternaBliss is legally required to retain or provide information, that legal obligation is the basis. This information does not constitute formal legal advice.

• Form submissions are stored in the EternaBliss database environment, operated through Lovable Cloud (Supabase).
• For each submission an internal notification email is sent through Resend.
• The internal recipient is support@eternabliss.nl.
• The reply-to address of that notification is the email address you provided, so we can reply to your message directly.
• The email contains the contact details you submitted and the content of your message.

For this website we use the following processors:

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase, for database storage and processing of form submissions;
• Resend, for delivery of the internal notification email;
• Cloudflare, for the infrastructure on which the website and the API run, where applicable.

Separately, EternaBliss uses Shopify as technical storefront infrastructure (independent of the contact form), and you may choose to contact us via WhatsApp / Meta. These parties do not process contact-form submissions.

EternaBliss does not sell personal data to third parties.

Contact-form submissions are retained for no longer than 12 months from the moment of submission. Records older than 12 months are deleted automatically. A longer retention period may apply where a specific legal or dispute-related reason requires it. Data may also be removed earlier when no longer needed.

Some technical or communication service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this applies, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used. EternaBliss makes no claims about specific hosting locations, certifications or safeguards that have not been technically or contractually verified.

This privacy policy may be updated when the website, our services or applicable legislation change.
