Returns & refund policy

As a consumer you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of your order. Within those 14 days you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason. EternaBliss additionally offers a voluntary 30-day return period, starting on the day you receive your order. Within those 30 days you may also return your order without giving a reason, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return, the item may not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Where reasonably possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for inspection.

To request a return, please email support@eternabliss.nl within the return period, stating your order number. We will then send you the return instructions and the return address. Returns sent back without prior notification cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered. In that case we arrange a suitable solution and cover the associated costs.

Please inspect your order on receipt. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact support@eternabliss.nl as soon as possible so we can arrange a suitable solution.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once a genuine seal has been broken. This exception applies only when an actual seal has been broken after delivery, and only to products for which the exception is legally permitted — such as products worn directly on the face. Simply opening the box or unpacking the device does not automatically forfeit your right of return.

Would you like a different item? Return the current item according to the procedure above and then place a new order.

After receipt and inspection of the returned item we will let you know whether the return has been approved. Once approved, the purchase amount is refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have demonstrated it has been shipped.

EternaBliss provides a two-year guarantee against manufacturing and material defects. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not restrict, consumers’ statutory rights. Full guarantee terms are set out in the terms and conditions.
