You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account.

We do our best to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Minor deviations may occur. An agreement is formed once payment has been successfully completed. Returns and refunds are handled according to our returns and refund policy. Orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

All prices are displayed as shown at the time of ordering. Prices are consumer prices including applicable VAT and, where relevant, excluding separately stated shipping costs. You are responsible for entering payment and contact details correctly.

EternaBliss ships to the Netherlands and Belgium. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary. Risk of damage or loss of an order remains with EternaBliss until the order has been received by you or by a third party designated by you. EternaBliss provides a two-year guarantee against manufacturing and material defects. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not restrict, consumers’ statutory rights.

The guarantee applies to normal and careful use of the product. Damage caused by incorrect use, drops, impacts, wear and tear, improper maintenance or external influences is not covered. For a guarantee claim, purchase from EternaBliss must be verifiable; we may ask for an order number or proof of purchase. In case of a defect within the guarantee period, please contact support@eternabliss.nl with your order number and a clear description of the issue. After review we will provide a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement or refund.

All content on this website, including texts, images and logos, is the property of EternaBliss or its licensors. Use of this content is permitted for personal and non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide may be used by us to improve our services, without any compensation being due.

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, misuse, distribution of malware or any other actions that may harm the website. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services.

EternaBliss is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not affect statutory consumer rights.

You indemnify EternaBliss against third-party claims arising from your non-compliance with these terms or applicable law.

We may terminate access to our services if you breach these terms or applicable law. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The latest version is always available on our website.
